The filter options by billing or approval period and by various RKA statuses ensure maximum clarity and flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Transparent individual items per person<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for example, hospitality for five people and a total gross amount of 250 euros is submitted, the system creates five individual gross bookings of 50 euros each. In this way, each guest entertained or given a gift is shown transparently and individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Easy availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reports can be accessed by authorized users in the \u201cTravel Management &#8211; RKA Reports\u201d area.
