Reporting on people served and gifted – transparent & precise

The Atlatos RKA report provides you with a powerful tool for recording hospitality and gifts to individuals in detail and analyzing them by amount. The filter options by billing or approval period and by various RKA statuses ensure maximum clarity and flexibility.

Transparent individual items per person

If, for example, hospitality for five people and a total gross amount of 250 euros is submitted, the system creates five individual gross bookings of 50 euros each. In this way, each guest entertained or given a gift is shown transparently and individually.

Easy availability

The reports can be accessed by authorized users in the “Travel Management – RKA Reports” area. This means you always have an overview of tax-relevant information and compliance with company guidelines.

Data fields of the export at a glance

The export file contains the following information:

• Invoice number – Unique identifier of the invoice
• Receipt number – reference to associated receipts
• First name / surname – of the person served or gifted
• User name – creator or processor of the statement in the system
• Company / branch – assignment to the organizational unit
• Gross value – costs including taxes
• Tax key – information on tax classification
• Net value – amount without taxes included
